Itās Time for a Reset:
After a week filled with some amazing family milestones and a long weekend filled with friends, food and drinks, I find myself needing a reset. In the past, events like these would put a stop to any healthy habits I had been building, making it hard to regain my momentum. But now, thanks to my ongoing health journey, Iāve learned how to effectively reset both my body and mindset.
Embracing the Reset
Life is full of ups and downs, and itās easy to get thrown off track. But instead of letting these moments derail us, we can use them as opportunities to reset and refocus. Iām inviting you to join me in a 7-day journey to nourish our bodies, refresh our minds, and get back on track together.
The Plan
For the next seven days, weāll focus on:
- Whole, Unprocessed Foods: Fueling our bodies with nutrient-dense foods that provide sustained energy and promote overall health.
- Hydration: Drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated, support digestion, and flush out toxins.
- Movement: Incorporating daily exercise to boost our mood, improve our fitness, and re-energize.
- Greens & Protein: Adding a daily serving of greens and protein to our diet to ensure weāre getting essential nutrients.
Tips to Get Started

- Drink Water: Aim to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Carry a water bottle with you to make it easier to stay hydrated throughout the day.

- Get Enough Sleep: Prioritize sleep to allow your body to recover and rejuvenate. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night.
My Daily Routine

- Evening: I end my night by unwinding with something relaxing such as reading, legs up the wall or a guided meditation, and ensure I get enough sleep.
