- medium onion, finely chopped
- olive oil
- 10 tablespoons butter
- 1-2 lemons
- 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
- sweet paprika
- 1-3 tablespoons Piri Piri sauce (adjust to your spice preference)
