  • garlic cloves, crushed and chopped
  • medium onion, finely chopped
  • olive oil
  • 10 tablespoons butter
  • 1-2 lemons
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • sweet paprika
  • 1-3 tablespoons Piri Piri sauce (adjust to your spice preference)
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
